Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management interventions.

• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility guidelines.
• Travel to various rehab centers for temporary assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• License: Active LPN license in the state of practice or compact state.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab, med-surg, or long-term care preferred.
• Certifications: BLS certification required.
• Skills: Strong patient care, teamwork, and rehabilitation-focused nursing skills.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments.
