Responsibilities

- Support individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
- Educate patients and families on mental health management and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, RNs, and other mental health professionals.
- Travel to various psychiatric and behavioral health facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- License: Active LPN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, observation, and crisis intervention skills.
- Certifications: BLS certification required; CPI or other crisis prevention certification preferred.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments.
