TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) for travel assignments in various healthcare facilities. The LPN will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in post-operative and acute care for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit.
Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and other treatments.
Document patient care, progress, and interventions accurately.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Educate patients and families on post-care instructions.
Travel to various healthcare facilities as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
License: Active LPN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Med Surg setting preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment, time management, and patient care skills.
Certifications: BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments.
