Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, efficient nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient reactions.
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members.
  • Monitor residents’ health conditions and report significant changes.
  • Document care provided in compliance with facility standards and HIPAA.
  • Ensure infection control and safety compliance across daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
  • Strong time management and clinical assessment skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced care environments.
  • BLS or CPR certification required.
  • Openness to travel assignments as needed.
