Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, efficient nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.

- Monitor residents’ health conditions and report significant changes.
- Document care provided in compliance with facility standards and HIPAA.
- Ensure infection control and safety compliance across daily activities.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
- Strong time management and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced care environments.
- BLS or CPR certification required.
- Openness to travel assignments as needed.
