Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a home health setting.
Assist patients with medications, wound care, and injections.

Perform basic nursing procedures and assessments.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and mobility.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
License: Active LPN license in the state of assignment or compact license.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of home health experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Certifications: BLS certification required.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments.
