Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across multiple disciplines (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.).
- Collect, label, and process specimens accurately according to protocols.
- Monitor and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure precision.
- Evaluate test results and consult with healthcare providers when necessary.
- Adhere to laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Transition smoothly between different healthcare facilities and teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
- ASCP certification (or equivalent) required; state licensure as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Medical Technologist preferred.
- Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality control.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willing and able to accept travel assignments across the U.S.
