Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Certification: Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-care skills.
