Responsibilities

- Provide mobility support, including repositioning and transferring patients safely.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Travel to various long-term care facilities for temporary assignments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting preferred.
