Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by licensed clinicians.

- Lead or support group therapy sessions under supervision.
- Ensure a safe and structured environment for patients.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
- Travel to various healthcare facilities and community programs as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology or a related field preferred).
- Certification: Behavioral Health Technician certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in behavioral health or a related field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, crisis intervention abilities, and attention to detail.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments in different locations.
