Responsibilities

• Educate patients on proper use and care of hearing aids.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical charts.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Audiology Technology or related field (preferred).
• Certification: Audiology Technician certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an audiology support role.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of audiology equipment, excellent patient communication, and attention to detail.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments to various healthcare facilities.
