Recruiter – Full-Time (On-site) | Omaha, NE 1

Pay: From $50,000/year + Commission  
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts  
Location: Omaha, NE (On-site)  
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Recruiting (Required)

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our in-house team. If you're passionate about connecting professionals with the right opportunities — we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify healthcare professionals  
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates  
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing goals  
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience  
- Strong communication and organizational skills  
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Omaha, NE  
- Comfortable working in-person
